Flexibility is an extremely important component of health. How many of us can bend and touch our toes? Or raise our leg straight up when lying on our backs?
Many of us sit all day, and in an ergonomically incorrect fashion. This tightens the hamstrings, draws in the shoulders, and causes the head to move forward all leading to increased postural deformities. Canadian scientist Hans Selye said, "Postural deformities are the beginning of the disease process." We need to take this seriously guys!
