Sleep Debt Hard to Repay

Sleep is an area of health that impacts so many others.  Most of us do not sleep enough.  The average recommendation is for 7 hours nightly.  You should have a good mattress and pillow and your bedroom should only be used for sleeping.  No food, music, or TV.  Make sure the room is very dark and be sure to cover the digital clock display as well.  Have some wind down time from your daily activities.  Deep breathing is a good relaxation technique.

Chronic lack of sleep is a major stress on the body.  There was a recent study directly linking stress with cancer.  Think about it!  Meet your future in good health!
