Motion is life! Dead people don't move at all and couch potatoes are only moving a little bit, so they're only living a little bit. All muscles, ligaments, and joints are loaded with tiny receptors which respond to movement, pressure, and stretch. Motion fires them off to the brain increasing activity. This increases brain function. And just in case you've been sitting so long that you've forgotten, the brain controls the whole body! What a great positive feedback loop! Get moving!
