New Synthetic Magnesium Supplement Improves Memory And Staves Off Age-Related Memory Loss

Researchers have developed a new form of magnesium. What's so special about it? This one crosses the blood brain barrier, a selective barrier the brain uses to keep certain molecules out. We want magnesium in our brains to promote plasticity and boost brain function. Most of us are magnesium deficient and most magnesium supplements today are not worth much im comparison to this new form.

This new magnesium has not yet hit the market. In the meantime get it the old fashioned way " by eating lots of green leaves, broccoli, almonds, cashews and fruit."
