Exercise builds strong brains, too

I've always said that when you excercise you're primarily excercising your brain as well as your heart, lungs and the rest of your body. When you move muscle and joint receptors fire off information to the central nervous system providing lots of stimulation for the brain. This is good for the brain and the rest of the body. Why? Since the brain controls all body function a healthy and active brain can effect total body function better!

Mapping Memory in 3D

Have you ever wondered what the brain looks like in action? This is your chance with a wonderful 3D model of the brain. It focuses on memory and how it works showing normal functions as well as what the pathological brain looks like, as in Alzheimer's. Have fun exploring!
