Using a Neti Pot can take some getting used to, but I've found it excellent for sinus infections using certain essential oils (well diluted, of course). Even Doctor Oz featured how to use a Neti Pot on the Oprah Show last year.<br /><br />I've also heard good reports using medicinal grade Manuka honey on Staph and MRSA wounds.
