There are far better and safer ways to increase testosterone.  A recent study of older men showed that weight bearing exercise does a great job.  The right diet, amino acid therapy, modulating stress, and 7 hours sleep are all very useful modalities to normalize testosterone and other hormones and neurotransmitters in the body.

Mind blowing!  According to this study the body is killing potential cancer cells every single day!  And we would never know it.  So when you as a patient think you feel fine, there may be a whole lot more going on without you knowing about it.  How would you know if the body missed a few of those cells and they began to take hold?  "I feel fine" means nothing.  Unfortunately Western medicine is based on this faulty premise even though we know that pain is given a very low order of priority in the nervous system.  By the time we feel pain the event has been happening for a long time.  Sometimes pain increases with healing.  Don't go by how you feel.  You need to get checked out by a good functional medicine doctor who understands how to find out what's going on behind the scenes.  You are a person, not a symptom.
