Late-night teens 'face greater depression risk'

Not just teens, but everyone face all sorts of problems from not getting enough sleep, and these days not many of us sleep enough. Sleep deprivation causes hormonal imbalances and affects us physically, mentally, and spiritually. Obesity, diabetes, depression, and more have been attributed to regularly not getting en...ough sleep. The optimal amount of sleep is 7 hours per night for most people.

Getting regular exercise is the other side of the coin. This stimulates brain function and the natural pharmacy we have. Motion is life! Move and then rest for optimal function and aging.
